Manage and grow campus brand ambassador program for Rambler student housing.

Tasks

-Build relationships and coordinate communication with Brand Ambassadors -Write, create and distribute monthly newsletter using Canva templates and HubSpot’s email tool -Identify potential Brand Ambassadors at UMich -Assist Social Media Director in planning and coordination of lifestyle photoshoots -Monitor engagement via Brand Ambassador Platform to ensure goals are being met -Administer Ambassador contracts -Represent and continue to build the brand of the property -Nurture ambassador and affiliate relationships, engaging regularly both in-person and virtually through text messaging and social media -Recruit, interview and onboard all Brand Ambassadors -Provide creative and unique ideas for property merchandise -Plan and implement community engagement strategies with university organizations and local businesses -Plan and execute engaging and exciting monthly events -Manage recruiting follow ups and onboarding process in HubSpot

What You Bring

-Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok and GroupMe preferred -Professional Photo Shoot Experience -Current college student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related fields of study -Fluent in the English language and its rules and proper usage -Sales Experience -Administrative Skills -Experience as a brand ambassador is a plus
