Tasks

-Create specifications for industrial control systems, instruments, and final control elements. -Collaborate with peers and utilize technologies to achieve project goals. -Review submittals to identify and resolve discrepancies with the design. -Originate and check standard I&C deliverables, including P&ID’s, Instrument Lists, IO Lists, Cause and Effect Matrix, control narratives, loop drawings, control system architecture drawings, and instrument datasheets.

What You Bring

-At least 7 years of job-related experience. -Proficiency in using software such as SmartPlant, Revit, and AutoCAD. -Experience with Studio 5000 Logix and the Factory Talk suite of programs. -EIT or Professional Engineering License preferred. -US Citizenship required. -Excellent communication and analytical skills. -Experience in engineering construction support, startup, and commissioning. -Ability to pass and maintain a basic security clearance. -Knowledge of FAT and Commissioning procedures and oversight requirements. -Utilize engineering knowledge to support conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design projects. -Experience with programming languages: Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text, and Sequential Flow. -Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited university in engineering. -Knowledge of quality requirements such as NQA-1.
