Tasks

-Collaborating with warehouse and operations staff to ensure accurate receiving and inventory management. -Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders in our ERP system (IFS) to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement. -Monitoring open orders, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate vendor and order data in ERP and CRM (Salesforce) systems. -Engaging vendors to confirm pricing, delivery timelines, and purchase terms. -Reviewing and converting requisitions from internal teams into accurate purchase orders.

What You Bring

-Associate degree in business, supply chain management, or related field (bachelor’s degree preferred). -2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (construction, manufacturing, or industrial equipment industries preferred). -Experience with ERP systems, purchasing workflows, and vendor management.
