Lead a team to develop and manage 1D/3D modeling and simulation capabilities.

Tasks
-Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and intellectual property guidelines. -Foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth mindset. Identify opportunities for automation, advanced techniques, and adoption of emerging modeling tools. -Lead and mentor a team specializing in developing and deploying capabilities for 1D system-level and 3D CAD and CAE analysis for architecture, design and control purposes. -Communicate technical findings and strategy to stakeholders at all organizational levels. -Work closely with IT and software vendors to keep modeling infrastructure current, scalable, and secure. -Set strategic direction and own roadmap for modeling capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and technical requirements. -Collaborate with system architects, product design teams, controls and testing teams to integrate modeling insights across the development lifecycle. -Define standard work and track KPIs for modeling activities. Champion best practices in modeling, simulation, and analysis to improve accuracy, efficiency, and impact on product development.

What You Bring
-Expertise in tools for simulation, design, and analysis (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, Dymola). -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Master's degree preferred. -8+ years of experience in modeling/simulation (1D & 3D) with at least 3 years of managerial experience. -Strong leadership and people management experience; proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams. -Excellent organizational change management skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
