Lead by example in safety and productivity, ensuring full compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety standards.
Collaborate and communicate professionally with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Perform thorough safety checks, including pre-trip and walk-around inspections, and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities.
Safely and efficiently operate Junttan PM25 and PM28 piling rigs for steel-driven pile installation on heavy civil projects near pipelines and in high-traffic areas.

Possession of CSTS 2020 and Basic Rigging
Proven ability to work collaboratively on large-scale heavy civil projects
Strong knowledge of steel-driven and sheet pile installation
3–5 years of hands-on experience operating Junttan piling rigs
Commitment to safety and compliance, including successful completion of a pre-access drug and alcohol test
