Oversee all aspects of process piping business, from planning and execution to profitability.

Tasks
-Oversee project execution from preconstruction to completion, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and on-time delivery. -Work with BIM/VDC teams to develop 3D models and perform clash detection. -Negotiate vendor contracts to achieve cost savings and priority delivery schedules. -Represent Steelworks at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events. -Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. -Oversee purchase orders, inventory control, and material logistics. -Develop sales strategies and track pipeline performance to drive revenue growth. -Lead project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations. -Provide executive oversight for all aspects of Steelworks, including estimating, procurement, fabrication, and field installation. -Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to meet project deadlines and financial goals. -Develop and implement business strategies that drive profitability and operational efficiency. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, and commercial markets. -Direct project teams, including engineers, designers, fabricators, and field crews. -Ensure engineering designs align with ASME B31.3, API, NFPA, and other relevant codes. -Implement best practices for cost control, productivity, and performance tracking. -Maintain a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive proposals, bids, and marketing materials. -Supervise the creation and review of detailed piping layouts, isometrics, and fabrication drawings. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. -Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering, procurement, and field teams. -Oversee welding procedures and non-destructive testing (NDT) for quality assurance. -Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for process piping projects. -Recruit, mentor, and develop department leaders and a skilled workforce, ensuring a strong and capable team. -Develop procurement strategies for piping materials, valves, fittings, and equipment. -Work with finance teams to maintain accurate project cost tracking and reporting. -Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.

What You Bring
-Excellent negotiation, client management, and business development skills. -10+ years of experience in process piping, fabrication, and installation, preferably in an industrial or construction setting. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and project management software. -4+ years of leadership experience in a managerial or executive role. -Strong knowledge of piping codes, ASME standards, and industrial applications. -Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion. -Experience with welding processes (TIG, MIG, Stick) and non-destructive testing (NDT).
