Tasks

-Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare accurate cost estimates. -Quantify materials, fabrication, and manpower to develop detailed BOQs. -Utilize software such as PV Elite and TEMA for design validation and estimation. -Ensure estimates meet relevant ASME, API, and client standards (including ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2). -Coordinate with project and production teams for clarifications and data accuracy. -Maintain and update cost databases and estimation benchmarks. -Estimate costs for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and related static and rotating equipment. -Build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. -Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative analyses for management review. -Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial bids as per ITT/RTT/RFQ requirements.

Euro Mechanical is looking for an experienced Estimation & Proposals Engineer to join our EPC & Process Solutions Division. The successful candidate will prepare precise, competitive estimates and bids for mechanical, piping, and structural works while ensuring compliance with international codes and client specifications. -Proficiency in PV Elite, TEMA, and MS Office applications. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering discipline. -Strong understanding of ASME codes, fabrication processes, and equipment cost estimation. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Minimum 10 years of Estimation & Proposals experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, or Water sector. -Prior experience with EPC contractors is preferred.
