-Registered Architect with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) or another association preferred -Proven portfolio in commercial, mixed-use, or institutional architecture -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools -Demonstrated ability to balance design excellence with technical and delivery rigor -8+ years of professional experience, including leadership in project delivery -PMP Designation an asset -Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
