Tasks

-Allocating all jobs after 5pm -Carry out daily and nightly handovers with the Reading and Kidlington Depot Managers -Creating new jobs on Big Change so as Operatives receive in real time -Supply diversion routes to operatives -Completing both depot On Hire Off Hire Logs -Monitoring the email inbox and Big Change to ensure no SLA's are missed out of hours and late bookings for the next day to be allocated

What You Bring

-To hold NRSWA accreditation -Main light switch outs to be emailed to the relevant supervisor or planner and also to the councils/highways -Holding a minimum of M6 -LANTRA 12ABCD -Knowledge of permit schemes -Experience of leading and supervising a team -Confident in systems and functions -Accurate time booking in so data can be caught in real time -Company van for travel between depots -You must have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
