Group Leader- New Installation (Supervisor)

Overview

Supervises new elevator installations, managing resources, teams, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations -Responsibility : Plan the project, distribute and monitor the performance of installation engineers -Lead and train the installation and subcontractor team -- Regular follow up on site updates and WIPs. -Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and -Maintain a communication channel with Customers for resolving and closing the issues. -Supervise the execution the WIP jobs, materials, assemblies and documentation. - Ensure Process implementation and improvements (Pull, Site readiness, Audits etc) -Impart training and ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning. -Work proactively to avoid fire fighting and control cycle time.
