Lead on-site MEP design coordination for a high‑profile lab tower in Memphis.
-Manage project resources, client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions. -Communicate directly with contractor and client and maintain client relationship. -Lead the on-site CA effort, representing the MEP engineering design team. -Ensure practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client’s best interests and comply with current legislation and building codes.
-BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree. -Ideal sector experience in Labs, Healthcare. -P.E., professional engineer preferred but not required. -Demonstrated experience in a senior/leadership role within MEP for an architectural engineering consultancy. -8+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and HVAC with a baseline understanding of Electrical and PFP engineering, and experience coordinating across multiple disciplines. -Experience using Revit and computational analysis tools.
