Tasks

-Conduct workshops -Manage client expectations -Deliver presentations to all levels of organizations -Mentor and lead project teams to deliver on time and on budget -Use case creation and requirements gathering -Looks for ways to improve the delivery process, reduce issues / rework and improve customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle -Create project deliverables -Gather and analyze data for project deliverables -Mentor and develop other resources on the team -Technology assessment and procurement -Support business development activities

What You Bring

-Clear and timely communication internally and externally -Ability to interact with the client team including project sponsors and other stakeholders -9+ years of experience in a team-based professional environment -Utility grid operations knowledge, breadth and depth -Demonstrated credentials in utility consulting in two or more of the following areas: -Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) -Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis -Collaborative nature and willing to share knowledge across broader team while contributing to reusable collateral -Utility technologies (Distributed Energy Resource Management System, Demand Response Management System, Geographic Information Systems, Outage Management System, Advanced Distribution Management System, Work Management, Automated Metering Infrastructure, or Energy Management Systems) -Ability to serve across multiple projects. -Excellent written, verbal communication skills -MBA from an accredited school or university -Strong client facing skills -up to 25% travel throughout North America -Data engineering and data analytics -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or university is required.
