-Confined Space Certification – valid within 3 years - mandatory -Work at Heights Certification – valid within 3 years - mandatory -Drivers Licence – preferred -Excellent communication skills -Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Blaster -The ability to work within a team and unsupervised -Great time management skills -High levels of attention to detail -High Risk Work Licence – WP – preferred but not essential -Ability to provide a safe, supportive and positive workplace -High Risk Work Licence – LF – preferred but not essential -Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Surface Preparation and Finishing) -Gas Test Atmospheres Certification – valid within 3 years – preferred but not essential -Cert III in Surface Preparation and Coating Applications -Construction Industry Induction (white / blue card) - preferred
