Tasks

-Responsible for pursuit and project engineering scope, schedule, and budget performance. -Lead stakeholder management and subconsultant coordination. -Lead cross-discipline engineering teams for Transportation (freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural highways, and shared use facilities) DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects -Primary contact for construction client and owner agency coordination.

What You Bring

-Work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients -10+ years of design and/or project manager experience -Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels -Proven history of meeting project budgets and deadlines -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and management -15+ years of experience in highway infrastructure design -Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients -5+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience -Ability and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects. -Current PE license, preferred state(s): UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA -Organized and detail-oriented
