The Role

Overview

Entry-level analyst conducts research, analyzes data, and presents insights for product, marketing, sales.

Tasks

-Attend research industry trainings and conferences to stay up to date on best practices and methodologies. -Contribute to meaningful business decisions from day one. -Design and deploy surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus groups, ensuring research goals are met with meaningful results. -Coordinate with external research vendors and manage project timelines and deliverables. -Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence. -Collaborate regularly with product development, sales, marketing, operations, leadership, contractors, and end users. -Collect, clean, and analyze primary and secondary data using tools such as Excel, Qualtrics, and statistical software. -Build and manage an internal research library and reporting cadence to keep teams informed of trends and key findings. -Interact directly with consumers, sales teams, product leaders, and executives.

What You Bring

-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. -Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative research design and execution (surveys, in-depth interviews, focus group moderation, or academic studies). -Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms is strongly preferred. -Strong analytical and critical thinking skills—ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations. -Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. -Present insights through clear, engaging storytelling using PowerPoint—helping cross-functional teams make better decisions. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Sociology, or a related analytical/social sciences field. -Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
