Tasks

-Investigate product and process related issues and recommend changes based on observations and salary/wage interactions -Perform Audits or reviews, including inputting and maintaining information in factory databases and systems. -Provide analysis to support timely and accurate solutions to line side issues. -Provide special engineering project support at the direction of the factory engineering team -Assist in investigations and corrective actions and leverage innovative ideas to best address long standing manufacturing issues. -Participate in the implementation for the resulting aforementioned activities

What You Bring

-Demonstrable mechanical aptitude or familiarity and ability work within a manufacturing environment -Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above -Knowledge and experience with agricultural equipment or other off highway machinery -Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis -Familiarity with drawing and schematic interpretation, product models and /or geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. -Strong communication skills with experience solving technical problems. -SAP experience. -Experience in one or more related engineering areas: electrical, software programming, troubleshooting, design, and manufacturing. -Strong organizational and planning skills. -Enrolled in an accredited engineering / data analytics / IT or business program having completed coursework covering engineering or science related topics -Experience with software programming languages and /or ML familiarity -Ability to work 16-20 hours during the academic year and 30-40 hours during the summer semester -Project or work experience in a manufacturing or technical field -Familiarity with information gathering and analysis techniques -Graduation date of December 2026 or later
