Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role located in Colchester for TM Operatives. The TM Operatives will be responsible for managing traffic at various construction and industrial sites. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining traffic management systems, installing barriers, directing traffic, and ensuring the safety of the site. Additional duties include conducting risk assessments, maintaining equipment, and liaising with site supervisors.

What You Bring

-Ability to set up and maintain traffic management systems and barriers -Experience in traffic management and safety procedures -Skills in conducting risk assessments and ensuring safety compliance -Effective communication and coordination with site supervisors and team members -Relevant certifications in traffic management and safety (e.g., TTMBC, M1, M2) -Proficiency in using and maintaining traffic management equipment -Driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site -Physical fitness and the ability to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions
