Tasks

-Inspect welds for accuracy and quality -Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time -Perform welding tasks using Stick, TIG, and/or MIG techniques -Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other shop tools as needed -Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols -Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area -Fabricate and assemble metal structures, steel pipes and components per specifications

-Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings -High school diploma or equivalent -Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment -2+ years of welding experience (shop environment preferred) -Proficient with various welding techniques (Stick, TIG, MIG) -Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail -Welding certification(s) a plus but not required
