Tasks

-Participate in the transition phase from the formation to the project execution phase -Coordination of final certificates and releases of performance bonds, letters of guarantee, release of liens, etc. -Implement Prime Contract pricing and inflationary adjustments during all project phases -Implement change management strategy working with the Project Manager and Controls Manager -Pro-actively manage all aspects of the Prime Contract including analysis of cost, schedule and commercial risks and implement measures to mitigate and manage adverse impacts on the project and business case -Develop, with the Project Manager, the contractual relationships with sub-contractors -Establish proper commercial governance and Prime Contract (Hatch services) management structure for each large project depending on the complexity of each project and structure of Prime Contract including other relevant agreements such as joint venture and consortium agreements -Review insurance policies provided by Clients for compliance with the Prime Contract insurance requirements -Review the commercial terms and conditions under sub-contracts such that they consider, where appropriate, Prime Contract liabilities, project insurance, cash flow and other payment related issues -Lead any claims and dispute resolution process -Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions -Ensure proper project set up and reflection of contract payment terms into existing Hatch systems

What You Bring

-Strong customer/client focus -5-10 years’ experience in project management and contract management in similar industry -Ability to function well in a team environment -Well-developed written and oral communication. -Strong negotiation skills -University degree at Bachelor or Master’s level in Engineering or Business Administration
