Drive BD and marketing activities to generate new work for Environment & HSR divisions.

Tasks

-Providing input into larger cross-operating unit tenders will also be involved and assisting in the coordination of Environment and/or HSR discipline inputs therein, including the capability to gather market intelligence and analyse data to identify new opportunities. -Work will include generating market intelligence and movements with our existing and target key clients to inform our marketing and BD activity and support the teams therein. This could also include preparing report and other material for client framework review meetings. -The post holder will be heavily involved is coordinating and supporting our effort with key clients and service level frameworks in terms of relationship management and new work generation. Our key clients are important in terms of the longer-term sustainability of our business and order book. -This role requires the ability to monitor and report progress including on marketing activity and work generation. Supporting the Senior BD Director, you will be involved in the monthly report on progress with our marketing activity and the return on investment therein. Also marketing budget monitoring and reporting, and performance on things such as SEO and website performance in response to certain campaign activity. -You will also be required to monitor and report on campaign success and highlight areas for improvement. -The activity will include supporting proposal content generation with the teams and generating supporting materials such as CVs and case studies to evidence our experience and expertise.. -You’ll be responsible for sourcing venues, pulling together guest lists and invitations, organising event logistics, attending and following up with clients. -Monitoring and reporting progress to input into management reports will also be involved. -You will be involved in supporting a range of bidding activity and working with our central Bid team on the larger multi-discipline bids. Also managing and following up on client leads and enquiries, supporting proposal content and information for supplier evaluations, pre-qualifications, bids, tenders, and related presentations.

What You Bring

-The Minimum Required Expertise Level which shows the benchmark level of skill & experience we would ideally like someone to have in this area, ranging from Level 1 basic skills &/or limited practical experience, to Level 4 outstanding skills & comprehensive practical experience. -You’ll be expected to have competence and experience in marketing campaigns and content generation including website content, reference project case studies, thought leadership articles, podcasts, and social media posts. The ultimate intent of which is to raise profile and drive new sales and growth in key markets and service areas. Working with our central Marketing team will be an essential part of that delivery. -Ability to build rapport with colleagues and potential clients alike to effectively deliver on the role and communicate the company's value proposition. -A valid UK driving license would be advantageous to facilitate commuting to your place of work and occasional visits other Tetra Tech RPS offices. -Experience in the use of webinar platforms for events, and experience in AI for multiple uses such as market research would be an advantage / desirable. -Further education qualified would be desirable but not essential. -Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and familiarity with software tools used to manage leads and client information. -As we strive to find the best fit for this position, we are seeking individuals with a minimum level of experience, skill, and competency. If you feel you meet 75% of the requirements for this role, we would love to hear from you -Work experience in environmental and/or engineering and/or planning consultancy would be desirable but not essential. -Previous work experience in professional services consultancy. -Institute of Marketing qualification or similar would be an advantage but not essential.
