Tasks

Drive business growth through the development of new sales opportunities and maximizing the benefit from existing customers in the MENA and Levant Region. BDM provide vital support to the company’s sales, consulting and support team. -Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities within the construction sector. -Responsible for selling the RIB product portfolio in the region. -Maintaining and expand customer base. -Building & maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities

What You Bring

You will be part of a highly skilled team of Sales professionals working with Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Technology specialists. -Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a focus on active listening and persuasion -Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels -Highly self-motivated -UAE Driving License -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels -Must exhibit a positive, professional attitude and be a team player -Experience in Target oriented job description and Target achievement history -Strong account management and relationship building skills -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English -3-5 years of sales experience in a dynamic Sales environment -Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills -Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
