Tasks

-Assist in the planning and execution of workforce development programs and events. -Support the development and implementation of DEI training materials and resources. -Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends and best practices. -Assist in the coordination of internship and volunteer programs. -Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed. -Collaborate with team members to identify and address workforce development needs.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and time management skills. -Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
