Assistant Project Manager

Overview

Assist PM in data center projects, handling cost control, contracts, and team leadership.

Tasks

-Review and compile pay applications, change requests, and another project financial documentation -Work with Preconstruction on project estimate and schedule -Facilitate and lead meetings between subcontractors related to project coordination -Act as liaison for project engineers, mentor, and coach others -Draft client proposals -Provide job assignments and lead career development -Direct responsibilities and guide Field Engineer(s) and Project Engineer(s) -Supervise budget and make recommendations for subcontractors and trade partners -Lead project buyout with subcontractors and trade partners -Coordinate scopes of work

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Detail orientation sufficient to organize and lead multiple project tasks -Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience -Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. -Possess a basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices -Demonstrated positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills -Current driver’s license -Ability to travel 100% -Minimum six years of related previous experience
