Tasks

-Liaising with the planners -Highlight any problems with CCTV footage -Quality check CCTV footage -Liaising with the crews -Check footage to ensure compliance has been met -Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them -Liaise with FM regarding engineers work -Raising technical reviews for DA -Liaising with management to identify issues -Liaising with engineers regarding works -Comply with health and safety standards

What You Bring

-Able to use the continuous defect facility for coding -Able to recognise and code: structural conditions, service conditions, construction features and miscellaneous details from photographs and video -Have solid communication skills (both written and verbal) with professional telephone etiquette -Strong prioritising and multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative -Have some drainage knowledge -Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Suite -Have OS19X or OS21X (Drainage Qualifications Guide) -Have the ability to deal with people at different levels -Have great interpersonal skills to create relationships with the team, engineers, and wider Lanes Group network
