  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing homes by nurturing client relationships organically through various team sponsored seasonal community events, marketing/ advertising campaigns & client events.
  • Systematically nurture neighborhoods of interest through passive & direct marketing.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to listings, contracts, & client communications efficiently through collaboration of our group transaction coordinator.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, title representatives, inspectors, & appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions from contract acceptance through closing & beyond.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of Buyer/ Seller psychology.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, property values, housing demand, & legal & ethical practices by attending weekly/ monthly broker training & seminars through KW Metro.
  • Negotiate real estate contracts & agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms & a win-win goal.
  • Conduct home showing tours, open houses/ broker tours, home seminars & market properties effectively to attract potential buyers or tenants, & future sellers (team support & guidance is provided).
  • Maintain various social media platforms - self chosen & self-directed (training will be provided as needed).

  • Michigan Residential Real Estate contract & purchase agreement understanding, base level negotiation tools, general follow up organizational systems, & high-level communication will help you to plant your feet on our team - we are equipped to help your business continue to grow in these areas over time & with provided support.
  • Active Michigan Real Estate License with 2+ years of sales & or 3+ transactions completed preferred however not required. We hold the ability to train newly licensed agent partners as well.
