Tasks

-Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Global AR team, developing talent and fostering a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement. -Oversee end‑to‑end AR processes including timely collections, unapplied cash resolution, bad‑debt governance, and reporting & analysis. -Maintain strong partnerships with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure transparency, accuracy, and responsiveness. -Lead the team that runs the Company’s AR securitization program, from building and maintaining the reporting & analysis system, to delivering compliance results to Treasury and external banking partners. -Lead the successful deployment and adoption of AR automation initiatives, including standardizing global cash application and past-due notice generation. -Identify and champion opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and digital enablement across global AR operations. -Partner closely with the business, FP&A, Controllership, and Treasury to improve cash‑flow reporting and forecasting which drives working‑capital optimization. -Collaborate with Accenture and other service‑delivery partners to optimize BPO performance and strengthen front‑end invoicing and remit processes. -Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements; oversee AR‑related account reconciliations and variance analyses. -Establish and monitor AR KPIs and dashboarding (e.g. DSO, unapplied cash, AR aging) and deliver actionable insights to finance and business leaders.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of the real estate industry and documentation. -Certified Public Accountant (CPA). -Strong background in process improvement and workflow optimization. -Proficiency in IT and finance systems supporting shared services. -Proficiency with Alteryx data‑workflow tool, which is leveraged extensively within the Global AR Team. -High customer service orientation and negotiation skills. -Thorough knowledge of general ledger and accounting systems. -Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance requirements. -Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. -Experience with Workday Finance Module. -10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with significant exposure to AR and order‑to‑cash processes. -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -Organized and able to prioritize deliverables effectively. -5+ years of leadership experience managing AR or OTC functions in a global, matrixed organization. -Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. -Ability to manage dispute resolution and escalations effectively.
