-Prompt claims identification, quantification and justification provided to project manager. -Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements. -Prepare Project Scope Statement. -Management of disciplines to achieve scope completion at or below budget. -Builds positive working relationships with external parties such as the customer, suppliers, and contractors. -Monitor design activities, interdisciplinary data flow and communications. -Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client as they arise. -Responsible for design basis, design scopes and subsequent performance -Manage, technical evaluations, risks identification, mitigation & control, project deliverables review, scope control & managing project variations, recovery planning, construction, commissioning, & project handover.
-Extensive work experience at a senior level within the Oil & Gas industry. -Must have well developed engineering planning skills -MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. -Consistently achieve above average client satisfaction rating for technical delivery. -Demonstrate behavior and business practices commensurate with a culture of world’s best health, safety and environmental performance. -Preferably Middle East experience -Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university -Must have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams -Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage -Ability to identify and achieve the optimal technical and commercial position within the job context
