Property Manager

Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager, located in Dublin with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management operations, including liaising with tenants and landlords, organizing property viewings, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities will include managing lease agreements, handling rental payments, addressing client inquiries, and assisting with property marketing activities to maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in real estate, including property management software and online marketing
• Experience working in the South Dublin property market is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle issues effectively and professionally
• Relevant qualifications such as a property management certification or real estate license are advantageous
• Property management expertise, including experience with tenant and landlord relations, lease administration, and legal compliance
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for scheduling, documentation, and financial record-keeping
