  • Operate punch press
  • Ensure proper and effective operation of equipment and tools. Report repairs and/or issues to team lead or supervisor
  • Ensure all parts and surfaces are free from defects
  • Maintain clean, orderly work areas and equipment
  • Assemble dampers according to shop orders
  • Follow all safety rules and adhere to core value of business
  • Daily documentation of work performed
  • Monitor quality of own work and immediately report defective material, unusual conditions, and/or operating difficulties to team lead or supervisor
  • Perform light maintenance on tools, equipment, machines, and other devices used in the normal course of the work performed
