Tasks

-Assisting the engineering/production team and gaining experience in operations of Midland Brick, -Supporting laboratory staff and technical department in QC testing and maintaining high standards of production, -Working alongside the technical manager to maintain production QC sheets, databases and trial records, -Working on and assisting implementation of process improvement projects, -Assisting in investigations for quality issues, analysing root causes, and developing solutions, -Building rapport with internal and external stakeholders,

What You Bring

-Completed Tertiary Engineering Qualifications (ideally chemical, process or mechanical discipline), -Current WA driver’s licence, -Good verbal and written communication skills. -Approachable Management & Inclusive team culture. -Good level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, MS Office Suite, -Strong demonstrated analytical skills, -Ability to work autonomously but also contribute to a strong team environment,
