Tasks

-Execute CI Actions: Implement actions from CI events to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. -Create Wiring Tables: Develop wiring tables from engineering schematics to ensure accurate and efficient electrical connections. -Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) Events: Engage in CI events to identify opportunities for cost and cycle time reduction. -Work Instruction Creation: Develop clear and concise work instructions to guide manufacturing operations. -Time Study Completions: Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production processes.

What You Bring

-Previous Electrical experience -Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round). -Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Currently enrolled in an associate's, or bachelor's degree program at an accredited institution in Engineering/Engineering technology or related field. -Strong communication and teamwork skills. -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
