Drive regional market growth and stakeholder engagement for sustainability certifications.

Tasks

-Organise webinars / networking events involving all stakeholders -Regular market engagement with LEED Consultants, Key client accounts and other stakeholders such as Architects, project management consultants, MEPs, contractors, etc. -Leverage subject matter expertise (SME) to aid in effectively supporting the customer. -Support in disseminating and connecting with key stakeholders in the region for the USGBC/ GBCI events -Collaborate across diverse teams committed to inclusion, innovation, and transparency. -Contribute to mission-driven work that supports climate action and human health. -Coordinate sales administration activities internally and externally including invoices, documentation, payment follow-up’s etc -Forge partnerships with Industry associations -Support in outreach of the membership program and also in the membership renewal from the region -Engage with the existing portfolio of stakeholders to continually collect feedback on market engagement activities, prepare reports on monthly basis. -Develop professionally through ongoing learning opportunities and cross-functional initiatives. -Expand the GBCI Education offers by engaging with Colleges / working professionals / relevant stakeholders -Work on market intelligence research activities that supports market engagement activities. -Contribute to customer support goals by meeting and exceeding case resolution targets. -Help strengthen communities by applying sustainable strategies and impactful solutions. -Expand newer cities such as Lucknow, Indore, Chandigarh, etc., segments such as Industrial Manufacturing, Retail, Warehouse & Distribution, etc., within the region and open up new names

What You Bring

-Familiarity with LEED or other GBCI certifications. -Prior experience engaging with government agencies, consultants, or architecture/engineering firms. -Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. -7+ years of related experience in Market Development -Willingness to travel extensively across North Indian states (e.g., MP, Jharkhand, Bihar, and potentially the North East region). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce CRM. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. -Experience working in sustainability or green building sectors.
