Tasks

-Assistswith routing and scheduling asneeded -Prepare and analyze pipeline reporting, meet with branch team to discuss projects, and escalate as needed -Communicate with Branch Manager, Project Manager,PermitCoordinator, Field Manager and Site Audit Supervisor to ensure projects are completedin a timely mannerand with high attention to detailregardingcustomerservice -Ensures Order Management and Accounting Departments (A/P and A/R) have necessary project details for jobinvoicing -Meet with team members to discuss project details toprovideupdates -Coordinates andmaintainsmeeting notes and cross-functional marketing when assigned (i.e.Safety Meetings, Branch Staff Meetings, corporate communications, etc.) -Schedule appointments to meet customers and obtain customer signatures, final paperwork sign off and payment collection. Organize all completed paperwork, and process payments in a compliant, secure manner, if assigned. -Organizes office operations and procedures and Branch filingsystem -Assists the Branch Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks whenassigned -Prepare project documentation for constructionteams -Keeps an eye on the pipeline to make sure no project sits for toolong -Helps problem solve escalated Project Issues and sees that they moveforward
