Tasks

-Process documentation for new/completed jobs and deliver completed job folders to Scheduling Coordinator. -Schedule and direct installation crews on new installations and service calls. -Supervise crews, assess performance, oversee worker productivity, and ensure proper compliance with health and safety codes. -Address and solve installation and service issues, timely and professionally, to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-3+ years of previous management or crew supervision experience. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce). -6+ years of prior residential production building or remodeling experience. -Valid drivers license. -Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.
