What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) -Trusted and respected, with deep expertise in fostering collaboration across disciplines and driving innovation within project teams. -10+ years of experience -Strategic and detail-oriented, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex systems and workflows. -Forward-thinking communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration. -Experience in working with AutoCAD, ACADE, or Inventor. -Valid Driver’s License is required. -Authoritative ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations. -Expert in the design of substation physical structures, wiring, and controls.
