Tasks

-Monitor and control project costs to ensure completion within budget. -Assist in procurement planning and vendor selection. -Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims. -Prepare progress reports and payment certifications. -Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate quantity and cost assessments. -Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets and cost estimates. -Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and legal requirements. -Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

What You Bring

-Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil building projects. -Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. -Experience working on government or large-scale infrastructure projects in the NCR region. -Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract management frameworks. -Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. -Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
