Manager - Store

Oversee store operations, inventory, 5S, and dispatch while ensuring quality and compliance.

Tasks

-To maintain product identification of all the products in the stores with their inspection and test status. -Effective utilization of facility and equipment and minimize waste generation all necessary Controls for quality. -Proper handling of the materials inside the stores. -Responsibility for evaluating the performance and the effectiveness of IMS. -To coordinate with all the functions for their routine consumption. -Responsibility for improving including innovation the performance and effectiveness of the IMS. -Maintain results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees -To ensure safe custody of material. -Ensure strict compliance of GST and support account for GST audit by keeping all the records readily available -Responsibility for correcting, preventing, or reducing undesired effects. -Pack the material as per Export standard for dispatch and prepare Invoice, packing list and e-way bill -To identify and segregate non-conforming material in the stores. -To prepare all the stores records and maintaining the same as per master list records. -To store materials systematically in the stores and maintain good housekeeping in the factory. -To take follow up for the items send outside the factory for job work or any other means. -Follow Quality management programs and operating procedure. -Identify and review IMS objectives in line with the Integrated management system and defined Quality & EHS policy. -Authorize for the movement /issuance of material. -To ensure that the stringent follow-up of documented quality system in the stores. -To minimize the waste and control the cost, prepare monthly reports (MER) -Review and update Risk & Opportunity register. -Control of process suitable maintenance of facility, Equipment, ensuring efficient use of natural resources. -Overall Responsible for receipt and issue of material from the stores and ensure 100% inventory accuracy through effective planning. -To verify the receipt materials documents against purchase order requirements. -Ensure Kanban for all consumable items and ensure 100% availability of material all the time. -To follow objectives & Targets through action plan defined. -Manage store and dispatch activities and with the help on team and ensure smooth functioning of store department -To proper storage of materials in the stores at identified place with inspection and test status.

-Hands on experience on implementing 5s activity in stores department -Custodian of FIM. -Time Management -Communication skills. -Interpersonal skill -Experience in Imprt / Export activities is preferable -Proficiency in inventory management. -Well versed with Excel & powerpoint -Any graduate preferably, B. Com / M. Com / MBA -Computer skills -Data entry skills -Minimum 15 Years of Experience
