Tasks

-Grow your HSSE career with strategic projects and leadership support. -Develop and support the implementation of health and safety strategies, providing expert guidance on risk management, overseeing incident investigations, and ensuring continuous improvement in HSSE and safety initiatives -Support leaders by providing advice, conducting site visits and safety conversations. -Support operational leaders to carry out their obligations through the implementation of Origin’s HSSE Management System -Support the development and implementation of health and safety and management plans relevant to the business unit and provide advice to the business about relevant safety legislation across multiple States of Australia. -Engage in opportunities through the Origin Foundation to support your community. -Explore unique and cost-effective employee EV Car subscriptions. -Drive meaningful safety impact across the organisation. -Promote proactive and positive safety culture across all teams supported by this role. -Guide operational leaders through the incident investigation process, helping them identify root causes and corrective actions. -Drive continuous improvement through strategic HSSE initiatives and project work. -Coach operational leaders on safety conversations and control verification discussions.

What You Bring

-12-month opportunity | Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney based -Relevant safety qualification (Cert IV or higher). -Knowledge of WHS legislation and experience in safety practices such as risk assessments, inspections or investigations.
