Manage delivery of offshore O&M services for renewable energy assets

Tasks

-Ensuring all contracted and regulatory requirements are completed, such a statutoryinspections as required by the contract. -Inspection and planned maintenance of onshore and offshore assets. -Project manage planned and reactive offshore activities -Producing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements. -Planning the onshore and offshore scheduled work. -Plan maintenance services involving difficult access -Creation of reports to issue to client. -Draft and/or provide inputs into proposals and related cost books -Procurement of 3rd party services, tools and equipment. -Preparing budgets and contract variations, tracking budgets and invoicing. -Support the production and review of procedures, processes and technical literature -Reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical elements. -Assist with the management & control of both client owned and Offshore department tools, equipment and PPE -On-Call: you are expected to participate in a call out rota to provide emergency response outside of normal working hours. Depending on the type of faults, the on-call duty may require onshore and/or offshore site visits at short notice -Lead an onshore/offshore team in the execution of the work -Delivery of operation and maintenance services, including but not limited to: -Inspecting and auditing on site activities.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of HV safety rules -Good knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation -Experience offshore working -Experience with data logging and communication systems -Excellent attitude to safety -Awareness of working at height and within a confined space -Experience working at height (desirable -Experience of working in multidiscipline teams -GWO Training (desirable, however full training will be given) -Experience of the wind industry -IRATA or rigging qualification (desirable) -Knowledge of balance of plant applicable to offshore wind farms -Knowledge of wind turbines and related equipment -Physically fit, the role will require climbing/transferring to offshore structures -Technical capability for the evaluation of complex equipment -Experience of transmission systems -Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) -Knowledge of HV systems -Ability to work alone and as part of a team Capable of working offshore and at height -Knowledge of Offshore Transmission assets (OFTO) -Hold a full driving licence -An HND in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification, but background in technical discipline -LV & mechanical fault-finding and analysis
