Tasks
-Oversee contract financials to safeguard company interests while fostering positive client rapport. -Represent the company at project meetings and contribute to labor negotiations and strategic planning sessions. -Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, company safety policies, and exceeds client expectations. -Help define project goals, procedures, and performance standards aligned with corporate policies. -Primarily perform duties onsite at the project location. -Prepare takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related project tasks. -Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing project execution from initiation through completion for one or more commercial electrical projects.

What You Bring
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager to collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager in overseeing all stages of commercial electrical construction projects. This role includes supporting business development efforts within specific clients or regions. The ideal candidate will ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining strong client relationships. -Willingness to travel as needed. -Ability to successfully complete post-offer background and motor vehicle record checks. -Valid Journeyman or Master-level Electrical License strongly preferred. -Good understanding of industry vendors and procurement practices. -Proficient with software tools including Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, and Primavera P6. -Minimum 5 years of electrical construction project management experience managing projects valued at $10M+ including mission-critical, ground-up builds, and remodels. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred. -Strong verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal effectiveness.
