Tasks
-Support to PMO, regions, client side PM on TSP/contractor. -Day to day PM of contractor and support. -You will commit to making a positive impact for our people, our clients, and our planet, and take ownership for holding others to account who do not uphold the Mace values. -Manage outputs, with verification and validation of information as required. -You will be a leading advocate of Mace's value of safety first, and be accountable for leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability and project compliance standards. -Supporting baseline maintenance and change control. -Day to day management of design, construction and coordination of technical queries. -You will support the operations director and other senior stakeholders to directly influence long term development of strategy for a function or business unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future. -Monitoring, prepare, develop and update records. -You will be responsible for implementing appropriate programme delivery environments, including people, organisation, process, information and technology. -Support business cases. -Support the lead PM including to manage outputs, with verification and validation of AIM as required, including financial information, schedule, BIM, AIM, GSL, quality, TSP, contractor and other stakeholder deliverables. -Invoice and payments process. -Support and liaison with the project team and others. -You will be responsible for project budgets and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable and meet organisational and legislative compliance obligations. -You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives. -You will champion a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of the wellbeing of the people you manage. -Data collection, dashboards, provision of information and updating cost, schedule, risk, performance and other information and proactively manage to resolve potential impacts, targets or change. -You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace group, the centres of excellence, Mace way control centre and knowledge hub. -Liaising with other stakeholders including advice on the contractor. assessment, changes, RFIs, notices, CEs, early warnings, claims, resolving differences/ambiguities or similar. -Support project meetings and assurance, reviews and similar including GWRs/scrutiny boards/PCP/PCG/PAG/SPAG and technical reviews or similar. -You will promote and influence quality and service excellence in all conversations and programme interactions. -You will lead your team effectively and develop others to reach their full potential. -You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite, to implement and manage our programmes. -Liaising with stakeholders, reports, updating information/records, IMS, CP&F, CEMAR, meetings, workshops, boards and communication or similar -Promote and support LfE, LLs and the collaboration hub.

What You Bring
-NEC4 experienced and accredited. -Ability to provide clerical and technical support. -Relevant experience working within large public sector organisations - defence and/ or security experience is highly desirable. -Experience in a technical role managing others including working with client and their contractors. -Evidence of independent work towards project deliverables, adhering to all relevant procedures, orders and instructions. -Construction experience. -Construction experience through RIBA stages 1-2 in delivering projects, making their own decision and advising other members of the team. -Professionally qualified professional with considerable experience (with at least 10 years post professional qualification experience). -You will possess advanced technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolio. -Ability to manage and monitor progress of any given plan, taking responsibility for activities and workstreams on your own initiative. -A valid security clearance or have no potential bars to you gaining clearance. -Required qualification - Degree level, HND/HNC. -Familiar with the Microsoft Project application. -Member with a relevant professional body i.e., CIOB, APM, RICS. -Experience of managing junior members of the team.
