Tasks

-Ensure compliance to service provider agreements and customer contract requirements -Expand and improve the business relationship through a professional on-site presence and participation in key meetings -Coordinate interface activities between the global organization and the MRO service provider to deliver the output plan -Lead the on-site organization by providing clear objectives, problem resolution, development, and prioritization -Agree and drive the quarterly output plan

What You Bring

-Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in an aviation discipline, or -Knowledge and understanding of gas turbine maintenance and repair processes and procedures in an operational environment -Familiarity with airworthiness regulations -Experience working with multiple business functions, both technical and non-technical -Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in an aviation discipline, or -In Lieu of a degree 12+ years of experience in an aviation discipline -Ability to prioritize, work independently or in a team environment with a strong customer focus -Ability to develop and maintain relationships with shop personnel -Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in an aviation discipline, or -JD/PhD, or -Ability to demonstrate strategic ability, problem solving, and decision making -Ability to understand and communicate technical details and solve complex technical issues
