✅ Analyze job costs, support margin protection, track financial performance ✅ Improve estimating processes, tools, and templates as part of system growth ✅ Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless handoffs ✅ Lead estimating for commercial roofing and related projects ✅ Assist in building client relationships and growing the pipeline ✅ Mentor and develop our junior estimator (currently learning fast)
