  • Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to agencies having jurisdiction.
  • Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and other parties associated with assigned projects.
  • Development and adherence to project scope, schedules and budgets
  • Coordination with Sr Project Managers and other staff to meet schedule and budget requirements.
  • Leading and mentorship of junior staff while managing the completion of multiple transportation structures design tasks.
  • Preparation of accurate presentation, design, and construction document details.

  • Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills
  • PE certification is preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client needs and deadlines, as well as other assigned project parameters
  • Experience in people management or supervision is a plus
  • Proficiency in standard industry software including MS Office
  • Works well in multidisciplinary team environments with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of roadway design
