Maintenance Supervisor III (Providence Court)

Oversee property maintenance, supervise staff, and ensure building standards at Providence Court.

Tasks

-Solicit bids from contractors with approval from the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager. -Assist in hiring, developing, training and holding staff accountable to operating standards. -Responsible for preparing work schedules for maintenance staff and vendors to complete service requests. -Lead and manage a maintenance staff at the property on a day to day basis. -Complete monthly building and unit inspections to ensure property is maintained to operating standards. -Maintain working knowledge of all maintenance programs and capital improvement projects. -Maintain the preventive maintenance program and overall curb appeal. -Review third party property inspections to resolve maintenance repairs. -Conduct and participate in weekly staff meetings. -Participate in on call activity during off hours, emergencies and hands on maintenance activity.

What You Bring

-3-5 years of supervisory / managerial experience. -CPO certification. -5-8 years of relevant work experience. -Excellent customer service skills. -Experience with OneSite Facilities. -Solid verbal and written communication skills. -CAMT certification. -HVAC, asbestos, or lead-based paint certifications. -Advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC. -Availability for on-call activity during off-hours for urgent needs. -Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities. -Prior experience with maintenance administration. -Experience with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office. -High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Universally HVAC / EPA certified. -Outstanding supervisory skills.
