Inventory Control Specialist

Overview

Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and support warehouse ops using SAP.

Tasks

-Reconcile inventory records, maintain statistical data, and communicate findings effectively. -Collaborate with peers, factory personnel, and auditors to ensure inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations. -Plan, organize, and audit parts/locations; analyze and resolve discrepancies; and initiate corrective actions when needed. -Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic and narrow aisle areas, performing daily equipment inspections. -Serve as backup for employees on leave, working independently with minimal supervision while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

-Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs -Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. -3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, including inventory control processes -Experience with SAP system, RF Scanner devices and MS Office applications -Prioritize safety, maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate high attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work well as part of a team. -3+ years of experience with forklifts, order pickers and stand up -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization. -High School Diploma or GED
