Tasks

-Manages complex contract negotiations. -Leads the execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams, coordinating availability of internal resources, and assigning individual responsibilities ensuring technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives. -Coordinates detailed reviews of technical work to ensure high-quality work is being performed and the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the project contract are being fulfilled. -Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Monitors progress and measures project performance, ensuring deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget. -Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress to manage the financial success of projects and ensure timely completion. -Documents all project deliverables and maintains comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related files. -Serves as primary liaison between all parties involved in a project. -Maintains an ongoing positive relationship with clients and focuses on exceptional client service to secure future work.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license and a good driving history. -Excellent client service orientation, communication, and presentation skills. -Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience supporting railroad structure design projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate Degree with equivalent experience is required. -Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills and the ability to generate innovative and effective solutions to complex problems. -Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is preferred. -Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required. -Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations through project management activities. -Experience in MicroStation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu.
