The Role

Overview

Coordinate scheduling, admin and communication for FM engineers and stakeholders.

Tasks

-Raising Purchase Orders, and working through other admin tasks such as updates and job dockets. -Working closely with engineers to ensure their jobs are scheduled and completed on time -PPM administration – closing of tasks and uploading documentation to CAFM system -Ensuring job notes and updates are inputted against each task -To help cover the helpdesk should it be required -Working closely with other stakeholders such and the contracts team to escalate any potential issues -Assigning all jobs to relevant Caretakers, Engineers and Subcontractors. -Logging of tasks on our CAFM system -Ensuring all tasks are logged with accuracy and all updates are logged to CAFM -Scheduling engineers day and managing any fall through -Update clients with any updates, delays or any other information

What You Bring

-Administration Experience -FM experience essential -Ability to work on own initiative -Can do attitude and willingness to support the other departments within the team -Customer Service Experience -Ability to Multitask -Good attention to detail -Ability to work under pressure -Flexibility, resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrating strong ethical standards with openness and honest.
