Tasks

-Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies -Recognize quality defects during the assembly process -Meet all quality specifications. -Engage with Management and Team Members and provide appropriate feedback -Help champion an inclusive working environment; empower others to bring their full selves to the workplace; celebrate, welcome, and value the different backgrounds and experiences that make up our workforce; recognize that all team members are valued, regardless of race, background, tenure, or title. -Maintain paperwork assigned by any level of management -Printing and creating tool labels in the computer system -Adhere to all 5s standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) -Learn Quality Control of all products in area of responsibility -Follow standard work instructions to repair or assemble automatic taping tools (ATF) tools in line with determined quality standards -Drive daily production expectations and quotas -Identify the various parts (name and number) and tool families -Establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization; invest in building relationships with the Field Operations and Field Support Center team members. -Actively participate in all continuous improvement activities -Demonstrate the ability to train employees on building of products -Conduct Tool Audit at the end of every shift (which includes tools and benches) -Responsible for tracking production and be able to meet goals -Learn the assembly process (which includes parts ordering, hour-by-hour, replacement rate – recycled vs replaced, maintain quality standards)
