Lead solar and retrofit projects across Central California, managing teams and stakeholder coordination.

Tasks
-Ensure that all project specific information, emails, pictures are saved to the company server on a regular basis. -Review status reports prepared by project personnel and coordinate schedules or plans as required. -Develop, Review, and manage customer and subcontractor contracts. -Coordinate activities of the project to ensure progress stays on schedule and within the prescribed budget. -Serve as the primary liaison for the customer and SIQ team regarding project related items. -Manage and Obtain CA DSA approval on K-12 projects. -Develop project execution plan including schedules, budget limitations, standard construction principals and procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. -Establish and manage document control process and procedures. -Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to outline the work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. -Read plans and specifications, develop a CPM schedule using Last Planner® methods, and identify key milestones and goals and drive the results through open communication. -Oversee and manage project commissioning. -Establish a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. -Attend necessary pre and post job walks. -Manage team to acquire CA IOU PV Interconnection. -Coordinate with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. -Drive all project activities with subcontractors and customers to ensure the work is performed in accordance with the contract documents on-time and on-budget -Responsible for general project quality control - establish safety plans and goals. -Coordinate and manage project teams of 2-5 people including construction managers, project assistants, project engineers, and project accountants.

Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds, and must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time. **This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship** You’ll collaborate across operations, business development, and engineering, while traveling as needed throughout the region. Senior Project Manager Qualifications -BS in Business Administration, Construction Management or Engineering from an accredited college or university -Experience with Procore a plus -5+ years experience as a Project Manager / Construction Manager working with multiple discipline projects in parallel -Familiarity with CA IOU Utility interconnect agreements, PPAs, and California Utility Regulatory agencies including CPUC, CEC, and CALISO -Willing to travel throughout the region and overnight as needed -Customer focused mentality, with the ability to foresee and handle objections -Experience working with infection protection and HCAI a plus -OSHA certification a plus -Experience with DSA approval process -Knowledge of electrical theory, National Electric Code, and California Building and Electrical Codes. -Strong written and oral communication skills
